What is health ?
Health means being fit at physical, mental and emotional level. Somebody has rightly said “Health is wealth”. Health is most important thing in life. Without health one is not able to do anything.Whatever resource or facilities one may have but if the person is not fit and healthy one can not enjoy them. Therefore health is very important.To attian this health people do various activities.
